Wills & Trusts

What Happens If I Do Not Have A Trust?

Absolutely nothing. No one has to have a trust. Trusts are expensive, complicated legal instruments and must be formed to accomplish specific purposes. If you do not have a trust you should read the section on Wills in this book which illustrates the factors involved in distributing your estate after your death.
